I got 6 rejected for one reason, they said 
“This item does not meet the general commercial quality standard required to be accepted on AudioJungle, unfortunately.”
Can any one let me know what should i do to get approved any reference links where i can learn more ? any thing ?

I would say that in your hiphop beat, the voice is a bit too repetitive and becomes irritating -to my ears at least- after some time. Also the transition at 0:49 might be a bit too slow to come, it is a bit frustrating.

Sorry to say! I am not sound expert but your both tracks are just repetition of some notes without any smooth up down or creativity.
