Register button won't process on Smooth Themes Edu WP site

My contact/register page wont load with Microsoft Edge - I’ve flushed cache and checked in on other browsers where is does work - any solutions to this please - I need some urgent help! The page is https://suicideprograms.org.au/register/

I see however that @SmoothThemes may not provide support for this particular theme. In case of no answer, you may consider looking for appropriate coding service on Envato Studio:
