regarding master study chat box

i purchased master study template recently. i want to add live chat box in the bottom right corner of my site. how to do it ? it is in the template feature but i could not find it.

Welcome to the Forums! You should consider asking the same question to theme Author directly, either via “Support” or “Comments” section on item page:

Make sure to check out theme documentation as well, if chat box is a standard feature, its installation process should be covered by documentation.

hello,
while installing the template, i faced so many errors. i could not understand how to set up the tempalte properly and hw to use it. no video documentation for all the future of this template provided. why ? send me some video & text documents on how to use it from scratch…
