I purchased this app and it is blank and i want to refund but i don’t know how to refund.
You can check instructions here, however it is apparent from the item comments that @tecmanic have gone above and beyond to try and help and it looks like the root of the issue is down to a mis-understanding of how it works rather than an error with the actual item, so a refund may not be approved.
