We have a lot of customers that do not read the simple documentation. A few days ago we got an email saying : this are my authentication details , please make it look like in the demo…really? We replied that he should read the documentation and then he said that it’s to long and he had no time for that… what do you reply to a comment like that? To a user that can give you a 1 star rating??? People think that by paying 49 $ they buy a slave…

as we all know, demo is a part of theme package, so it’s not possible to upload it without XML. Also documentation always is checked by reviewers. If it were incomplete theme would not be approved.
