Hello, I bought the wrong product due to the product name similarity. When I went to my account to download the product, I saw that the product was the wrong product and requested a refund. The author has not responded to the extradition request, I have appealed, but my appeal has not yet been answered. it is now the 12th day of my appeal. What route should I follow?

if the author does not respond to the refund request within 7 days, you will be given an option to raise a dispute with Envato. This option should appear automatically as a link or button on the refund request details page after 7 days.
yes i did this, i have requested an appeal but i can’t get an answer from the envato representative either
