Refunds are granted by the author, not Envato, if in 7 days the author doesn’t reply then Envato will be notified and a dispute can be lodged with Envato.

However, please note, if the item doesn’t contain a critical bug or the author is not providing you with your entitled 6 month support, the author can refuse your refund request since the item has been already downloaded.

I see on the page: " Status: This refund has been approved by the author"

So why i have not still received payment ?
