Refund | X Theme (by Theme.co) upgraded to Pro Theme Unlimited (also by Theme.cO)

Earlier this month I purchased X Theme for a website buildout. A couple of weeks later I purchased Pro Theme Unlimited (from the same company) to use on the site I originally bought X Theme for.

I wrote Theme.co and they told me all refunds were handled by ThemeForest/Envato.

What do you need from me for the refund?
