REFUND SUBSCRIPTION music kits are not available with my subscription

I was looking for a yearly subscription to audio jungle and the links brought me to this site as the parent site. After I purchase the year subscription I found out that it did NOT cover my requesting music KIT in audio jungle.

I am kindly requesting a subscription REFUND since you do not offer the same music.

Would someone contact me quickly to refund the money.

The subscription service is Envato Elements. AudioJungle as a whole is not part of Elements.

You need to contact Elements Support to request a refund. As long as you haven’t downloaded anything, there shouldn’t be any trouble getting the refund, however, their is a delay in response time lately, so it could take a while, just be patient.
