Refund status

Good morning there, i hope you are allright.

It’s been several days since I requested a refund for 2 plugins and I have no progress regarding where we are. How could I contact someone by email?

I have already done the procedure from here and i haven’t heard from anyone for two weeks now Sign In | Envato Account

How do I track the status of my refund request?

If your request was sent to the author, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

It is important you keep this link as you may need it to raise a dispute.

The tracking link gives you access to the refund request, where you can:

  • Monitor the progress of your refund request,
  • Communicate privately with the author (meaning that this conversation will be visible to you, the author and Envato only),
  • Raise a dispute.

if the author does not respond to the refund request within 7 days, you will be given an option to raise a dispute with Envato. This option should appear automatically as a link or button on the refund request details page after 7 days from the refund requested date.

Is there a way to request that the links be sent to me again?

Please check your inbox/junk, an email you should receive. Otherwise open an Envato Customer support Help ticket and let them know. Envato Customer support team will be happy to assist you.
