Refund request - what should I do now?

Hello Dear All.
A buyer purchased (Downloaded) my item and requested a refund, reason “I got a blank page when I put the folder in www… /:”. But I wanted to help him/her to get his/her website live. But he/she does not agree to give me a chance to solve the issue.

So what should I do now?

Don’t give refund. Because he/she dowloaded you item. Explain thst why you dont give refund.
