I purchased app but not support to author i request to provide you’re contact E-mail id

You have to request refund through the right channel.

from your screenshot I can see you already raised a dispute. So, now envato team will investigate the dispute and will take steps as necessary.

Also you can open Help ticket and let them know. Envato Customer support team will be happy to assist you.
