Refund of item purchased from 3 days

Hi everyone, i have make refund request in one item purchased by me 3 days ago, i have answered to author about my refund request putting all bugs with screenshot (big bugs about the script) and I have not yet back my money… I’m member of this website since May 2013 and i have buy a lot of items, this is the first time i have request a refund, i look the support from envato about this is not good, when people request a refund i think envato have to follow all the procedure and don’t leave to author the faculty to decideif refund or not the people; Envato have a policy, if author don’t respect this policy have to back the money to people!
