I find it appalling that you do not have customer service email, phone number, or chat at all. Not one space on the system where a customer could go resolve issues privately.
On top of that, you don’t sent out notifications to members who pay $198 per year for your Envato Elements service to let them know when you are renewing their subscription.
I was able to cancel my subscription right after the charge to my account but you still took money from me.
You will refund my money back to me. If you had notified me like you should have, I could have canceled my subscription before the renewal.
Given the state of the world right now, I would hope that you will do the right thing in this case.
