Hello everyone, I attach a screen of the dialogue with youzify support, I’m trying to receive the refund which I have been told several times I can benefit from, do you happen to know the times? It’s been about a week.

I remember having filled out something where I explained the reasons for my refund request… but now I can’t find any reference, would you advise me to do it again in case?

I can no longer find the product for which I asked for a refund, now I just have to understand if I will also receive a refund for an addon purchased directly on the youzify site.
If you cannot see it in your profile then the refund has been processed (could be a slight delay from the banks end)
If you purchased something off envato then envato have no control over that and would not be able to issue any refund against that item.

If the refund is already approved by the author or Envato, it may take up to 10 days to see the amount on your account ( if it’s bank account, may take longer )
If you wanna use the money for next purchase, you can contact Envato support and they could credit to your account. It’s way faster.
