Refund is taking 5 days no response, dispute is taking 11 days now and no response from envato.

So I have applied for a refund, it was 5 working days and no response so i raised a dispute. Not its been 11 days since dispute and no reply from themeforest or anything nothing its been almost a month now…

Did you have any luck? 21 days ago I paid them 101 bucks and still have not been able to use my products I bought, nor get a refund
