Hello i asked for refudn, the seller accept from last 7days, till not not yet received, whats the issue? Envato team please reply

If approved more than 7 days ago you can open a Help ticket and let them know. Envato Customer support team will be happy to assist you.

Usually refund money to payment method may take some more time based on the payment method you used for purchasing the Item.

If you’re willing to spend the money to purchase another item, you can ask Envato support for “credit” to your account, it’d be faster.
