Refund for an item that was still in my basket

Hi guys, I bought a plugin yesterday but noticed afterwards that I also payed for another plugin that was still in my basket (which is weird as a bought it last week). I would like to get a refund but I seem to be going in circles on this one. Is their someone who can help?

The best practise would be please contact Plugin Author first and mentioned them what is going wrong with you and ask them how they can short out this.

If Author don’t cooperate with you for your legal demand then you can request refund if meet refund policy Envato Market Refund Rules
