Refund for a purchase of a theme that dosn't work and authors support contact page lands to 404

I purchased a template today and I need to request a refund of the item because i see that it hasn’t been updated since sept 2018 and it doesn’t install properly.

I tried to reach out to them via their support tab, but the contact page lands you to a 404 error page.

My last purchase today was of the Elletta - Blog News, Calendar & Shop Theme WordPress is the one that i am referring to.
