Hi why i dont get answer for refund ? should i creat dispute from my credit ?

If you challenge it with the card then your full account will be blocked until resolved so if it is avoidable then that is better.
If you have not had an answer after 5-7 working days then you can escalate to envato to check.

If the author accepts the refund, it doesn’t take long but you should create a ticket after 7 days.
If the author declines, you can create a ticket but it may also take another 5-7 days ( Envato will need to check the details with author / their response )
