I hope i`m in the right Category? I have one questions.

I buy a template and modules from your customer refer link, but he didn’t get no message from you that I bought template and modules from his links he sending to me.

Can you check please why did this happen?

You wouldn’t see someone else’s referral info and envato won’t be able to share that.

Assuming this was your first visit and deposit to envato then the owner of the referral link owuld need to check it.
