That’s a a bit niche and certainly not up to the execution standard for here.
The closest thing you will find would be quiz plugins on CodeCanyon, several of which are great but not really intended for this use
Gives you a possible 135 options, but as @charlie4282 says this is something unlikely to be picked up off the shelf - it would have been coded at quite an expense I would imagine.
