Recommend plugin or process for distributing file

I am working on a Wordpress website. What would be the best way distribute a file only after a visitor has provided a name and email into a form I will be adding to a website?

  • Show download link upon submitting info.
  • Email download link (via automated process)
  • Begin download immediately after submit

Anyone out there done something like this? What do you recommend?
