Reassign licence for purchased product

Hello,

I am writing to You with a technical matter, we bought from You license for Kallyas Theme for Wordpress. Some time ago we have switched our hosting provider, so website migration was required. Because of that template has to be reactivated through the API key in Your system. At the moment we does not have an access to the account which was assigned to that license. Is there any way for reassagning once bought license to newly created account in your system, based on previous website adress activation ?

If you need to unregister/deactivate then you can do it from your wp-admin. In your pruchased theme options should have options for both register and unregister theme license.

If you don’t have access of old website wp-admin where the theme registered/activated then you have to contact theme author and request them to unregister/deactivate the theme license for the old domian/website.

contact theme Author and let them know How to Contact your purchased theme Author, theme author will be happy to assist you.
