First of all I like the transition… Expect this transition Rest of the design is not good enough! It’s looking very Poor Composition. Text Animation, Image Placeholders are looking pretty bad construct. Check out other author work on Videohive. Hopefully you will get an idea about your work and their work. Really sorry your rejections. very nice work. I think corporate slide is the most popular category throughout the year. Therefore many authors create new corporate templates every day. So the reviewer examines all the templates very subtly. Do not give-up though. 
I would also like to give an idea for this.
You must think about animation smoothness and animation timings.
other things is font & font presets. if you have good understanding with this rejection, I think you can make better template next time. following the best authors and get ideas for you next future template. wish you all the best!
