Can i use a ready-made clip i created in the 3DsMax program and then use it in After Effects and add it to the effects and upload it for sale on Envato or should all the content be in After Effects?

Yes you can. If it’s completely done in After Effects then that’s usually a bit better, as it gives more customisation options for the buyer… but there’s nothing wrong with including pre-renders and adding to them in After Effects.

Sure, just add some note to the item description that 3d scene is pre-rendered.
