When I Submitted my Admin Template , I got Soft Rejected and in comments I got
"Parts of your design are either difficult to read or have contrast issues. Please make sure all sections of your design have adequate contrast and all text is easily readable on all devices."
can any one let me know what mistake I did ?
is my Documentation still needs to modify ? On demand I can develop the design and post back to the client.
could someone review it meticulously ?

I think the problem is that you are using dark text on a dark background on critical elements like the navbar. You could try increasing the brightness of your navigation text to preserve the ‘dark theme’ look but improve the contrast. Also try using tools like http://www.checkmycolours.com/ or http://contrastchecker.com/ to verify your design meets contrast ratio standards.
You used light grey color on white areas like your profit chart has months and weeks in light grey colors.
