I subscribed to Envato Elements yearly play by mistake. I was intending to purchase a one month plan to try out the service and then continue with my subscription based on my experience.
Unfortuately, I cannot afford the yearly subscription (I am a third year college student living in a third world country) amount currently, or in the near future, and the amount has already been withdrawn from my bank account.
I have not downloaded a single asset with this active subscription. And I do not plan on doing so until I receive my refund for this purchase.
Requesting you to kindly assist me with getting a refund. Please.
