I have a bad client, he wants to buy a PowerPoint template version but he chooses Google Slides instead, he thinks that Google Slides is the same as PowerPoint, even though I have very clearly provided information in the description that what he bought is Google Slides not PowerPoint.
Then he got angry at his own mistake in choosing my product and gave me a one-star rating and spoke harshly.
The question is,
How do I, as an author, report this to Envato so that the rating can be removed because it’s not my mistake?
I already advised him if you feel the wrong choice of product please refund.
