I don’t remember how it was in landing pages section few years ago but if theme will be accepted there will be some extra button - update theme ? or I will must add every files and resubmit it like in soft reject ?

Yes you need to submit files - just like in soft reject.

Whether it’s a soft rejection or an update, just re-upload the files that need to be edited/changed. Like if the reviewer asked your to fix something in your code, you wouldn’t need to re-upload the thumbnail and preview image, you would just need to re-upload the main files.
