I Submitted My WordPress Theme 35 days ago , Still no reply From The Reviewers … , I Mean is it normal to wait more than a mounth ?! Its my first submission .

For current situation its normal. Don’t worry. You may wait for couple of days more.
But envato is hiring more reviewers. Hope that will reduce the review time
