Question re WP Ultimate Tours Builder before buying

The WP Ultimate Tours Builder (loopus, Code Canyon) comparison chart states that there are 9 Different Steps Animations. Does that mean that 9 is the top limit of Tours that can be created by the purchaser? What does that phrase mean? I will need to create many more than 9! Is there a limit to the number of Tours I can create with your plugin?
