I’ve a project for After Effects on the market (motion graphics elements pack) and I want to make it for Premiere too by exporting .mogrt files, shall i make this as an update to the already existing project for After effects? or upload .mogrt files to Premiere templates section instead?
You have 2 options:

Update your existing item to include the .mogrt/Premiere files and then market it as an extra versatile project that works on 2 platforms.

Upload a .mogrt/.prproj format to the Premiere Pro Templates category as a separate item.
If you choose #2, don’t forget to include a link to the original item, notifying review staff that it already exists on the marketplace as an approved item.

Many thanks for your reply, just to be sure: is it allowed to upload the same project for different software as two versions? an After Effects version and the same project for premiere ?

Yes, as a matter of fact the projects have to be identical to be approved for sale across different categories. That way, you’re offering customers the exact same project, just in 2 different software options.
