Question about how to send customers alternate versions

If a customers asks for an alternate version after they’ve already bought a track, how do you guys usually send it to them?

Happened to me once. In my case, I charged upfront a small extra amount for the customization (length adjustment and a loopable section) and we worked things out via email and Payoneer. Nothing fancy. Good luck!

Hello! The same thing was 2 times with me. As correctly said @WormwoodMusic, you can send it by email, but before that, be sure to make sure that your track was purchased by your buyer.

Here is my experience. A customer bought the product and asked for a longer version. I just added another version to the product. The client once again downloaded the purchased product.
