Question about exclusivity Design

Guys

Can this lead to a loss of exclusivity if HTML version is in another marketplace, but the WP theme with the same design on ThemeForest?

My question is:
What is the criterion of exclusive status? Design or platform (CMS).

It’s fine as long as it is a different version e.g. HTML on one marketplace and WP, Joomla, Drupal etc. on another.

Remember you won’t be able to sell the same version on multiple marketplaces unless you are a non-exclusive author.
