I wouldn’t waste your time with this design - having been hard rejected it need significant changes and as it is will need something radical to get it to the standard
Like Charlie said, don’t waste your time with this one, but as a general tip for your work, try to stay away from using highly saturated and neon colours like the green in this. Modern designs and logos tend to use slightly muted, pastel, and rich colour palettes. It’s also a good idea to stay away from the colour brown.
