Quality standard issue

I was 3 products submitted respectively, but all of this review message quality standard issues. and rejected theme. I’m new in ThemeForest, please know me how I can overcome and give me a full guideline.

Hi,

1 - annoying animation effects in each block. Get rid of them;
2 - too much “shadow” effects. I understand, it’s all about the contrast, but in that way it looks cheap. Try to experiment with colors, you will be able to create contrast without using the “shadow” effect.
3 - images quality issue, f.e. logo looks terrible (pixelation?).
