Pure Gallery - can't find the close 'x' button

I’ve just completed a gallery with 24 images and towards the end of my revising for different break points I lost the close button (X). I can’t find it anywhere. Is there a way to open another gallery and copy and place it in? I tried with no success since it doesn’t group with the images and previous and next buttons. Do I have to do the whole gallery over again? I hope not…
