and got a question: if I decide to purchase one of the website templates, would it be one on-off payment or license expires and I’ll have to pay for it again?

Hi

your license will work for lifetime. But please note that each license will work only for one end product (for example website). if you would like to use the template again for naother website then again you have to purchase license for that new website.
