Purchased wordpress Theme...But support not received

Hi all
I have purchased wp Theme one month ago. The theme looks good, But it have issues on mobile responsive and Blog pages

Whenever we install new plugin or switch theme, the issue “mobile responsive” popup. Twice time the support person fixed my issue and last day he said, “Dont ask again…He never going to fix this issue again”.

I understand his frustration, but i asked him, “If you just show me what’s the code i have to add to fix the issue, then i itself can fix the issue without disturbing you”. But, he never say to me that. I am asking this query since my purchase. But he didnt say to me.
Friends, can anyone say that to me?

Second issue is regarding Blog images. It cant align on left or right including the content. Please guide on that matter

They (Authors) are not required to teach the buyer how to fix the issue as it seems the problem comes from some changes that the buyer is causing.

From what I understand, he keeps changing the theme and causing the issue. He shouldn’t be changing the theme if he wanted to use or get a backup with the working state first.
