Sorry, but I encountered another problem with this theme. It requires Activate WPBakery Page Builder to build the site but the licence don’t come with the theme? Is that right?
Is there a different way of using this theme to build my website?
You don’t need to activate it.
If WPBakery Page Builder is included into a theme that you’ve purchased, you can’t update/activate this plugin if you don’t have license for WPBakery. This mean, you need to buy a license for WPBakery plugin.
Of course, WPBakery and other plugins (if there are more of them, like Slider Revolution) will work fine and you don’t need to buy additional license.
But, when there is a new version of WPBakery, you can’t update it until the theme author does not update the theme and version of WPBakery which is included in theme.
On other side, you can buy license for WPBakery (to activate it) and to have the latest version (easy update - no wait for theme author update) but that also can be a problem - what if the latest version of WPBakery is not compatible with your theme? In that case, you still need to wait until the author update the theme.
Thank you for your response. I had to create a ticket as none of the support links are working and without documentation I can’t figure out how it works. Appalling really…
Just FYI ALL files must have documentation to be approved. In your downloads page choose ‘all files and documentation’ option when clicking the download button
Thank you for your response. I did download all the files with the documentation. When I tired to upload the whole file to wordpress it came with the error message saying that css file was missing. Then I was kindly pointed to the help page about what to upload into wordpress which I did. It installed everything fine but when I go to the support button on installed theme neither documentation nor support buttons work. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong if anything. It’s not working, I can’t edit the theme and I’m frustrated beyond believe. I would like to talk somebody as somehow this is not working for me!

Thank you. I did look through the support page and raised a ticket. They came back saying that the links were updated incorrectly and they will update them. No mention when or if I need to do anything. I re-uploaded the theme again but the support buttons are still not working. This is not right…
