When Wordpress is asking for the zip file to be uploaded the theme should automatically be activated is that not correct?
I know instructions on how to ftp it up and would prefer it that way but Wordpress doesn’t function that way does It now… The main file is being uploaded and it is giving me the error even when it has a CSS folder within it.
Don’t tell me that we are installing the wrong folder. I used to be an IT administrator and have built more domain controllers and terminal servers along with freebsd and CISCO…
We want the money back.

Are you uploading the entire download from themeforest (won’t work and will give that error) or are you trying to use the “Installable WordPress file only” version?
Out of interest why not just use FTP - WordPress themes can be done that way?
You can request a refund but please be aware you would only get this if the item is actually broken

Correct. But you can not upload any zip file - inside that file must be Installable WordPress theme. And yes, it looks like you are trying to upload a wrong file:

So, follow instructions here (or download “Installable WordPress file only”) and all will/should work fine:
The theme is not what I expected and I want a artist website so please refund my money for it was not user friendly and I am very unhappy.

With respect half an hour ago you couldn’t install the theme. How can anyone possible evaluate a theme and it’s features or functionality in 30mins?
