purchased theme can't be found anymore in my account!

I wonder on what link we can find our purchased flex template. I did the purchase for the company “DinnerDog” I’m working for . I purchased it with the company ATU. Please could you help me with that? It’s kind urgent! We’re trying to update to the latest version, because as soon as we try to update sp pagebuilder pro 2,5,3 we’re getting the error message as shown in the screenshot! So we hope, the newer flex-update is going to fix this issue! Thank you!
