Purchased the pro version of Filebird Pro but it does not show up in my account

I upgraded from Filebird Light to Pro back at the end of last year but it does not show up in my account. To complicate matters, I cannot find the invoice for it either. Hoping someone from Envato of Code Canyon can help me out here.

Yes well I would love to but apparently, Envato or the Author no longer provide any support…unless what I read at support was a late April Fools joke. If it is true, it really is a joke.
