What would happen if the author doesn’t reply?
if the author does not respond to the refund request within 7 days, you will be given an option to raise a dispute with Envato. This option should appear automatically as a link or button on the refund request details page after 7 days from the refund requested date.
So the author declined refund request in email, is there a page I can view my refund requests?
Like I see the page where I can send a refund request and it’s referenced that there is a page to view all refund requests but I can not find it.
If your request was sent to the author, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
