I am writing to see if you can resolve my issue of a purchase I made of the “YouTube intro” … I bought it on Thursday , got an email saying to verify my email and nothing happens when you click the link to confirm … but yet I was charged for the product and never actually received it… hopefully you can get me squared away!

Envato market ha no live chat service they have ticket queue they reply people through mail with their ticket queue list wise.
