I recently requested a refund for extended support on a product, after the developer failed to respond and assist with a bug. I paid for the support in order to “force / encourage” the developer to resolve the bug that they acknowledged 6 months prior, but they still ignored the request.
The refund was granted and processed, however, the “Purchased” badge has now been removed from any comments I’ve made on the item’s post, which should not be the case. Previously, it showed “Purchased” and later both that and “Supported” but since the refund for the extended support, both badges are now removed.
The item is still showing within my “Downloads” section, but I would expect that I should still be shown as having “Purchased” the item.
Even though at the pricing/invoice, it looks like Envato is charging for the “support”, the item support comes with the main item for free for the first 6 months.. That’s why you’re not “officially” purchased the item as well as your license has been provoked, if you’re still using it on your website, be aware of it’s unlicensed and you will have to remove the item…
If it’s about “extended support”, it’s something wrong with Envato system. Contact support.

It’s for extended support. Was mentioned in the first sentence, but for some reason I failed to find the “Submit a Request” for Envato help, so thanks for sending that!
I read that it’s extended but sometime buyers are confused if it’s actually or not..
Anyway, good luck and bear in my mind support may be slow, it may take 3-5 working days to solve your problem.
