What are you talking about? Why would your account be locked because of a sale reversal initiated by the buyer? It doesn’t make sense at all.
Also, having your account locked means it’s locked and you cannot access it at all. Not just a lack of sales.

Hey guys thank you for all your feedback and thoughts about this matter.
I just received an answer from envato help with a very deeply explaining and considered message.
It seems it’s all about the payment providers so we, the authors and envato seem to be literally in the boat here.
