Purchase Lighthouse template but its not working

I bought Lighthouse license and installed to my joomla site. After installation, the website shows an error:
Fatal error: Can’t use method return value in write context in /home/content/37/10625637/html/Site/templates/lighthouse_j3/html/com_content/featured/default_item.php on line 104

Please help to solve this. Thank you!
