Purchase code verify??

Hi guys I need your help, especially from the code expert :wink:
here the issue…
I recently asked from a costumer to provide me the license of one of my items that he have been using for he’s project.
and he sent me the Order number code .
Is theres a way we can verify the purchase code anywhere?
is there some API checkbox for this kind of thing??

I don’t know about that, but you can always ask him to send you a message through your profile page and you’ll receive a link in your email if he ever purchased anything from you.

The purchase code can be easily verified by using the below link. It will show which of your file was purchased, buyer’s name, date, time, etc…

The texts in capital letters in above link are explained below which needs to be replaced.

USERNAME : author’s username.

API-KEY : You need to generate the API key from your account, “My Settings > API Keys”.

PURCHASE-CODE : purchase code found in license provided by the buyer.

Yes, but you need to install Dashboard Plus to have it there :slight_smile: But I would say it’s the easier way to check purchase codes, yes. I totally recommend Dashboard Plus.

I mean you can see the username of the buyer on marketplace.

You can only see who buys after they gave you their purchase code. So you already know who that is.

Thanks for the info buddy I guests I need to install the dashboard plus first, is it compatible with the Mac system?
